Geesh, it's been a couple of weeks again already! I'm just so bad about getting the pictures taken, which is weird since I usually take at least one picture everyday.
So, anyways, in my quest to use my stash and all of my cartridges, I have actually been making quite a few cards, which isn't my strong suit with the cricut. I don't really LOVE any one of the cards, but I think they are OK. I am just 7 cartridges away from finishing the challenge, which had a due date of April 15th (tax day) I'm not sure I'll make the due date, but I will finish the challenge. I also said I wouldn't buy a new cartridge until I used every one I had, and I've stuck to that, but there are a couple that I really want, so I will definitely finish before too long so that I can start picking them up!
This one I used A Childs Year (which I've already used in the challenge) for the background scallop, which I love. Beyond Birthdays for the sentiment. I wish my orange stickles would have went on smoother, but the texture on the paper messed me up. That, and I guess I need a steadier hand! I actually really like this one, which I mostly scraplifted from the Cricut MB. I used Wild card for the card base, George for the white circle and Indie Art for the butterfly. I also used my cuttlebug, I always forget to use that thing, and it's such a great tool. The "bling" (Randy always laughs when I use that word), is from my stash, I've had them forever, got a bazillion of them from Oriental Trading. They aren't sticky, so I glued them using MS glue, I'm not sure how they would hold up in the mail...

I love the butterfly card! You are doing great using your carts!
Great cards, Lynn! I love the Butterfly one with the Wild Card Base. Going to have to look for that base! And, the scalloped border for a childs year...very nice! Keep up the great work!
Lynn I don't know what you are talking about because all of the cards I have seen you make with the cricut are just beautiful. I really loved the one you sent me. Good job on keeping up with the cart challenge.
Great cards, Lynn! My fav is the butterfly one. I keep thinking I need Indie Art! Oh boy! Keep going...you can finish the challenge!
Your cards are great...
These are really lovely, great details. I like how you have the paper ribbon and flowers on your Easter lay-out. Thanks for sharing. Lisa
