A card and a few layouts

Been slow to update the blog, sorry about that, but I have still been working!
Here is a 2-pager for Brandon's book: Also for Brandon:

For Randy, he hasn't had a team to play on in our small town for the past couple of years, so he has been helping coach the younger boys.

A card I made for our neighbor's. I cut the wand off because it's a sympathy card.

Thanks for looking! Hoping to get a few more things done this week!

A Few More Layouts

I have still been rolling along on my scrapping and also on using my cartridges! It's starting to get harder now, though!
My boys' Great Grandma has a great pool in her back yard, the boys love to go swimming, especially Brandon. We never get to go enough, though!
This is for Brandon's book: Randy's book:

Family book, pretty much all the same, it just makes life much easier!

This is for the family book. Willie just loves riding on the boat and he always plays with the nasty bullheads everyone catches. I'm not sure why he plays with them, they have stingers, but it sure is funny to watch! For Brandon's book. He had that green garden wagon which he won in a raffle at 4-H fair. He loved that thing! I bet he put more miles on that than my car has! It literally ran the wheels right off of it!
Also Brandon's book. Our neice Kadence came for the day.

Thanks for looking!

I DID IT!!! WOOHOO!!!

Okay, I am a couple of days late with this update, but, I just wanted to come on and post that I did it! I hit my weight loss goal! I actually blew it away by over a pound, which is great because I had decided I wanted to go down just a couple more pounds, but I'm keeping my offical goal the same. So, here are a few stats, 69.2 pounds in about 10 1/2 months. I started as a size 18 (comfortable) and am now a comfortable 8! I was pushing a 2X shirt and now can wear med/large! It's been a long road, at it isn't over as now I need to maintain it, I know that will be a challenge as well.
I would like to thank you all for your interest and support through this journey.
Brandon is itching to take some pictures of me, and so I will probably have some to post pretty soon. I told him he had to wait until I had decent clothes on and my hair and make up done, so it won't be until the weekend for sure!
Now, for some serious shopping! LOL!

I did finish a few more layouts this week, bo maybe I will be back tomorrow with that!

A card and a couple of layouts.

I've still been busy scrapping and using my cartridges! I have now used 22 of 46 cartridges! WooHoo I have also still been using the super easy divied page protectors for when I have a ton of pictures, so this first couple of pictures are of that, but, I'm still counting them as completed pages! LOL.
So these are all for Randy's book, I uploaded them in the wrong order, sorry, but this is the second side of the Round Robin pages:
First side, gypsy font:
Check out the last "4-H" my machine went wacky and cut it wrong, I had already cut two others and they were fine, but then this, and I tried to cut it again, same thing. Weird. But it seems to be working on everything else.
Randy had a really great year in 4-H in 2008. He took entries in 3 categories, shooting sports, sport fishing and market swine. He got the junior rosette in shooting sports, the junior rosette as well as the overall (for the second year in a row) in sport fishing and won the junior showmanship award, which is HUGE, there is a ton of competition in junior swine.

These "4-H"'s cut just fine.

Made this card for a good friend's birthday last week. I actually had cut the umbrella a couple of weeks ago when I did all of the other paisley cards.

Well, I hope to be back tomorrow with good news on my WI day, think happy thoughts for me as I am very close to goal!
