Still managing to stay caught up on my P365 layouts. Here is week 4
I used Capturing day by day kit by Isabelle Mendez from gottapixel.net Thanks for looking!

2 more digi's
So finally, about a week later than I had hoped, I was able today to work on the layout for the 3rd baby born in our family in 2010! Well, actually, he was the first of the 3 born, but for some reason, I tend to work backwards!
This is little Wade Clinton. He is nearly 1 year old now! And let me tell you, he is NOT little! And honestly, he wasn't so little when he was born either, he weighed more than 9 lbs, which is what my Brandon weighed at 3 months old! LOL! He is such a sweet little man! He ADORES his Uncle Clinton, while Aunt Lynn is usually lucky just to get a quick hug or kiss! Hard to believe it's been a year already!
I used Sunday Afternoon colab kit by Sarah Bennett and Trixie Scraps which I got at gottapixel.net And amazingly, I have been able to keep up with my P365 layouts, here is week 3. I used the same kit that I used on the previous 2 pages, I think it's Capturing Day by Day by Isabelle Mendez which I got at gottapixel.net
Other than my P365 pages, I have been working really hard to use all the kits I went crazy buying before Christmas. I'm doing pretty good! It still isn't really hard to justify the cost as compared to traditional scrapping, simply because I can use items over and over.

new babies, P365
I think some of may know that in 2010, we had 3 new babies added to the family, as a matter of fact, I was the ONLY sister-in-law (Clinton has all brothers) who did NOT have a baby. And if you are wondering, nope, I don't feel the tiniest bit sad about that fact, I have no desire to have anymore of my own, I do however, love to play with and just plain look at all this sweetness around me!
So, anyways, last week, I decided I should make some layouts for those new additions. I got 2 of them done, hopefully I will have the 3rd done by the end of the week.
So, this is Rayne, she was born in March, she had many scarey things wrong with her (if you look closely, you can see the tube), and now, though she still has some issues, she is a sweet and happy little girl. I just love this picture, even with the tube, there's just something about it.
I used Family Moments kit by Lindsay Jane, which I got from gottapixel.net and hey, it happens to be on sale for only $1 for today only! Grab that! I also used the Digi Essentials Alpha by Karla Dudley which was a FREEBIE from designhousedigital.com This is little Caleb, he was just born in December. He is such a calm and happy baby. I'm not sure I've heard him cry. He has slept through 2 of Randy's very noisy basketball games!
I used For The Boys paper by Karen Funk, which was a FREEBIE from designhousedigital.com I also used Everyday Moments elements and alpha by Lindsay Jane from gottapixel.net
This is my week 2 layout for my P365 2011. So far so good, I am caught up! I wonder if it will last? I sure hope so!

I have 7 layouts completed since I last printed at the beginning of the month, which means I should be printing again by the end of this month! I might go broke printing! LOL!
As always, thanks for looking and I appreciate your sweet comments!

random digis
Today is Randy's 16th birthday. This makes me sad! We aren't really doing anything to celebrate today, I will make him his requested dinner (chicken alfredo) and some brownies. We will actually all have dinner together as practice is right after school. Our schedules are so busy and crazy, we haven't found the time to fit in a party just yet, but we will! I decided to make him a card though, I did another mini digi! I should have used my cricut, as he hasn't embraced the digi-ness yet, but oh well!
I used gotta grunge papers for the background, I'm pretty sure I got this from gottapixel.net
pig party by trixiescraps, also from gottapixel.net for all of the embellies and the alpha He wasn't happy about me taking his pic for my POTD this morning. This is what I got: But, I decided to make a layout anyways!
I used 2 kits, both by Connie Prince, both from gottapixel.net
Alpha is Pedal Pusher
the rest is Celebrate Him
When I said I was done with Christmas, I forgot about the christmas programs! These are events I don't enjoy scrapping. At all. Not really sure why, the pics are too busy I think. anyways, it was easy this time, doing it digitally. I used freebies that I got on a pre-Christmas blog hop that my friend, Pam, was a participating designer. The alphabet was a free daily download earlier this month from, guess where? gottapixel.net

some digi mini's
So, I'm doing a little bit of traditional scrapping with all the pics I printed for 2009. Sometimes when I have a lot of pics of one thing I use those divided page protectors & just slip the pics in. That's what I did with Brandon's flag football pics. I had 2 open spots, so I decided to try a little mini digi scrapping! LOL! Both of these measure 4x6, one is obviously the journaling block and the other is just an embellishment. I really think this could be fun! I now know how I'm going to fix last year's P365 album, I had a lot of open spaces! I also have this really cool carousel that holds 4x6 page protectors, I think it will be fun to do some mini pages for it!
So anyways, I used Pig Party by Trixiescraps from gottapixel.net

P365 week 1 - digi
On to something happier! Some of you know that I' m on my 2nd year of P365 or POTD or Project Life. Whatever you call it, it's a great project where you take a picture every single day! This year, I decided to go digital, it's actually the reason I tried digi to begin with, so here is my first week layout! Kind of plain and a little tougher than I thought it would be, but I'm okay with how it turned out!
I used the kit Capturing day by day by Isabelle Mendez, which I got from gottapixel.net It is a kit designed for this project, though I will admit, it is 2010's kit! Ah well, I love it anyways! One thing I do really love is that because the journaling is typed it's easier to fit more words in! I also like all 7 pics on one page! As always, thanks for looking and I love your comments!

courage, digi...
Well, this one's a little personal, and I hesitated to post it, but what the heck, I guess...
Like many people at the beginning of the year, I'm finding myself thinking about a lot of things in my life. Despite a fun back and forth with a long time internet friend, I kind of had a rough day yesterday and the hangover from that today is what brought this page about.
The size is a little different, it's 11x8 1/2. I'm not sure I will ever print this one, but if I do, I plan on putting it in a book along with others that aren't meant to be seen by everyone. I have a very cool K&co book that a friend gave me for Christmas a couple of years ago, and this is what I've always had in mind for it. I haven't done a single one yet.
I know some of the elements seem a little tough to see, but because of the nature of the layout, I'm okay with that. I combined 2 kits on this one. The designers at gottapixel.net often all do their own kits using the same color schemes so they go well together. the 2 kits I used are:
The beautiful life by A+ Designs
This one life by Connie Prince

last of the christmas ones, I think...
I saw that Persnickety prints was having a little sale that ended yesterday, so I did these last 3 Christmas layouts and sent out an order for 17 pages! They have already shipped and I'm excited to get them, probably by the end of the week!
so these are just some random pictures from Christmas. These are pictures I would probably not print and scrap traditionally so that's another reason that digital is so great!
Everything I used on these 3 pages are from December's daily download from gottapixel.net it was really a great month for the download! I think I will probably use a lot of it through the winter, too!
So anyways, first 2 pages for the family book:

This one is pretty plain, I just couldn't get any embellies to work. But I still like it, and again, it's something that may not get scrapped traditionally.
I started a page of some of our favorite ornaments, but, it just wasn't coming together, so I'm not sure I will ever get that one done!
